This commitment is reflected in the values set out in the Organisation, Management and Control Model under Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001, the Code of Ethics and the company's procedures.

Any organisation may nevertheless face the risk of improper or unlawful conduct. The company therefore has a duty to take appropriate measures to prevent such situations and remedy them when identified. Everyone covered by its procedures has a duty to follow them and report conduct that does not respect their underlying principles.

To this end, GIUSTO MANETTI BATTILORO SPA has implemented internal reporting systems so that the persons identified by law can report breaches of national or European Union rules that may harm the public interest or the company's integrity, which they learned of in a work context, including breaches of the Code of Ethics or the Organisation, Management and Control Model under Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001.

By responsibly reporting potential non-compliant conduct, employees and third parties help the company identify irregularities and take timely corrective action, preventing potential economic or reputational harm.

How to submit a report

To allow a report to be handled, please have the following information before submitting it:

• a clear and complete description of the facts being reported;
• the time and place where the reported event occurred;
• if known, names or other details (such as role and department) that can identify the person or persons involved;
• any other people who can provide information about the reported event;
• details of any documents that may support the report and any other information useful for verifying the facts.
